Role: Pharmacy Technician Banding: Band 4 Location: Croydon Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Working Pattern: Full-time/Part-time Rate: Day: £19.69 per hour (including agency commission rate of £3.11) About the role: The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 4 Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Caydon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care and support to our patients. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform the role of Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician within a hospital setting, including conducting drug histories, assessing patients’ own drugs, ordering medications, providing patient counselling, labelling and dispensing medications accurately, and utilizing the JAC computer system effectively. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: Post NVQ level 2 qualification with developmental experience in a range of dispensing.GPhC registration.Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) qualification. Desirable: Minimum of 2 years of NHS experience.Experience in a hospital setting, specifically in Medicines Management.Proficiency in labelling and dispensing medications.Availability to work throughout July & August.
