Your Role ‍ Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs. Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored interventions. Create a calm, structured learning environment where every child can thrive. Support pupils both academically and emotionally, celebrating every success. Follow safeguarding procedures to keep children safe and supported. About You Previous experience supporting children with SEN (school or care setting). A patient, positive, and resilient approach to working with children. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
