Job Description Our fantastic client, based in Castle Donington, are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Facilities & Logistics Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the general administration within the Yard Operations and Logistics department. £26,208Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Logistics Administrator - The Role: Provide support to the Facilities & Logistics Manager Administrate all Logistics requirements, from raising orders to invoice approval Book & administrate all yard plant and waste, from raising orders to invoice approval Manage incoming calls through Barrier intercom system for vehicle access Assist the Operations Director with specific project work Logistics Administrator - The Candidate: Have a good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure Be approachable, confident and self-motivated Enjoy working as part of a team INDX Apply Apply
