Working closely with the Registered Manager, you’ll strengthen your leadership skills and knowledge while being part of a wider management team. As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in achieving the best possible outcomes for the children in our care—leading with passion, integrity, and commitment. What will your responsibilities be? Free Enhanced DBS Check. Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role you must have,  Minimum 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care. NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Workforce or above. Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures. Proactive, driven, and enthusiastic attitude. Strong people management skills with a hands-on approach. Experience managing budgets and staff rotas. Full UK driving licence (Essential) Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins as needed (Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the children in your care.)
