Key Responsibilities: Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, including individuals and businesses, on a wide range of tax matters, such as corporate tax, personal tax, VAT, and inheritance tax. Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality tax services while exceeding client expectations. Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and building long-term partnerships. Identify tax planning opportunities to help clients optimize their tax position and mitigate risks. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations, proactively advising clients on their implications and opportunities. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Collaborate with other partners and departments within the firm to leverage cross-functional expertise and deliverprehensive client solutions. Drive business development efforts, including networking, lead generation, and proposal development, to expand our client base and achieve growth targets. Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes of the practice, actively participating in firm-wide initiatives. What you'll need to succeed Qualifications and Skills: ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification. Proven experience in a senior tax role within a small practice or professional services firm. Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations across multiple tax disciplines. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team. Strong business acumen and ability to drive growth and profitability. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking ways to add value to clients and the firm.
