YOU MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK – NO SPONSERSHIP CAN BE OFFERED As our Waste Engineer, you will be given the responsibility to manage the waste across the processes we operate. We have been providing pioneering technologies and products to our customers worldwide for a number of years now, out teams are accomplished teams of experts, highly specialised in the development, industrialisation and production. Commutable from Birmingham, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Harbourne, Moseley, Droitwich, Walsall, Aldridge, Sutton Coldfield, Minworth, Willenhall, Dudley, Rowley Regis, Bearwood and Wolverhampton KEY BENEFITS Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Free parking on site Life Assurance Generous sick scheme if needed DAY position Overtime Paid Life Assurance Large, stable well -established business Super long- term prospects Friendly supportive team RESPONSIBILITIES Working closely with Quality on analysis of waste Ensure all packaged process waste are managed and disposed in accordance with UK legislation Liaise with Research and Development with regards to waste streams being generated Reduction in waste Review offsite waste disposal  Arrange preparation of untreated containers for off-site disposal to minimise haulage  Manage quarterly budgets Manage on-site solvent incineration WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU A Degree in Chemistry Experience of waste management or chemical waste Knowledge of Duty of Care Regulations Ideally Qualifications to support experience, such as WAMITAB, but this is not essential Good use of excel and PowerPoint  Please Note: Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.
