Your newpany We are looking for apassionate and proactive Supported Housing Worker to join a dedicated team delivering vital services to individuals experiencing homelessness. This role is essential in providing safe, high-quality amodation and support to those who need it most. Your new role Working pattern of Tuesday – Saturday. Deliver a high-quality “off the street” amodation service for individuals rough sleeping within Exeter.Progress and track referrals into the service.Build positive and effective working relationships with relevant agencies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.Take part in rostered systems of working between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM, including weekends as required.What you'll need to succeed Strong understanding of the root causes of homelessness and social exclusion.Excellentmunication and organisational skills.Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.Essential:A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.Business insurance for work-related travel.What you'll get in return Opportunity to make a real difference in themunity.Supportive team environment.
