Job description Prospero Teaching are seeking passionate and qualified QTS Tutors to support young people across primary, secondary, and college age in the Havant area. We provide bespoke 1:1 tuition designed to help learners reach their full potential-both academically and socially.As a Tutor, you will: Deliver personalised learning sessions in core subjects (English, Maths, Science, etc.) tailored to each student’s needs. Support learners who may be disengaged from mainstream education, helping them re-engage and thrive. Work with students who may have SEN, SEMH, or other barriers to learning, using creative and adaptive teaching strategies. Help learners achieve their GCSEs, functional skills, or other educational goals through structured and supportive tuition. About you: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience working with vulnerable learners or those with additional needs is highly desirable. Ability to build trusting relationships and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons. A commitment to helping young people achieve both academic success and personal growth.
