Their R&D Process Control team plays a vital role in developing and rolling out advanced inspection and process control systems across international operations, forming a key part of their digitalisation and automation strategy.In this role you will work across the full lifecycle of process control systems - from concept through to implementation. You'll develop SCADA systems, program PLCs, create and enhance advanced control techniques (including PID, AI, and machine learning approaches), and support instrumentation and inspection tools used across global manufacturing sites. You'll collaborate with cross-functional R&D and production teams to drive process improvements, troubleshoot complex challenges, and support both on-site and remote operations. Some occasional overseas travel may be required.The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial process control, be strong with PLC and SCADA systems, and have a solid understanding of electrical/electronic principles.
