Operational Risk Specialist (Part-time) Great opportunity for an Operational Risk Specialist to join a leading financial institution in the banking industry, providing top-notch banking services for over 70 years, on a part-time basis. This role will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring the company's operational risks. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments and business units to develop and implement effective risk management strategies and policies that ensure the company’s operations comply with regulatory requirements and international standards.  Responsibilities of the Operational Risk Specilalist: Conduct regular assessments of operational risks across all departments and business units of the bank. Identify potential risk areas and work with management to implement effective risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and review operational risk incidents and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop and implement operational risk policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practices. Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all operational risks are identified and managed effectively The Successful Opeational Risk Specialist will have:  Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Strong understanding of operational risk principles, methodologies, and best practices. Solid experience conducting risk assessments, developing risk frameworks, and implementing risk management strategies.
