The Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Private Client Solicitor with 1+ years PQE to join the firm's thriving private client department in Poundbury, Dorset. This role promises a varied and fulfilling caseload, concentrating on tax, trusts, and estates. You will take ownership of managing tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, and charities, while also advising clients on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax. You will work closely with the probate team on estate tax returns and have the opportunity to handle complex, high-net-worth client matters, including those with international assets and intricate business interests. With a client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, you will have the opportunity to shape the long-term growth and success of the department, especially through business development.
