Valuation Surveyor RequiredContract Length: 6 months+Location: West MidlandsRate of Pay: NegotiableVenn Group are looking for a Valuation Surveyor to work for a Local Authority in the West Midlands.The successful candidate will be responsible for: Right to Buy Valuations under the Housing ActsFreehold Reversion Valuations (Residential)Leasehold Extension Valuations (Residential)Annual Residential Asset Valuations For Accounting PurposesCreation of Garden Licences in Association with Legal ServicesApproval of Grant Aid for Dropped KerbsRICS Valuations as Requested by Other Services.Understanding and complying with the legal requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and any other relevant regulations as detailed in the Council’s Health and Safety Policy Statement.Carrying out duties and responsibilities under the Data Protection Act 1998; in particular, to take all reasonable care that no unauthorised loss or disclosure of personal data occurs.Undertaking such other reasonable duties as may be requested The successful candidate will have: 2 years experience in a similar roleRICS membership and Registered ValuerKnowledge of residential leasehold legislation To secure an interview for this excellent opportunity please apply with an up to date copy of your CVAt Venn Group we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the volume of applications which we receive this is not always possible.
