This role is perfect for a self-motivated Damp and Mould Surveyor looking to make an immediate impact in a supportive, fast paced environment.I'd Love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Damp and Mould surveyor or inspector within social housing. As a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you will be: Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks.Conduct reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections.Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work.Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.Id love to speak to anyone who has: Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs inspections to residential propertiesAbility to work at pace and adapt to changeExperience within social housingExperience with carrying out damp and mould inspectionsThe interim role is offering: Hybrid workingWeekly pay Via Umbrella The role is offering a competitive hourly rate of £30-35 per hour Location & TravelThis role is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days on patch in Warwickshire and 2 days working from home.
