The role is London based with hybrid working, and offers the chance to work on complex international schemes while enjoying freelance flexibility.The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the contractual and commercial aspects of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) packages. You will act as a key point of contact between client, contractors and stakeholders, ensuring compliance, minimising risk, and driving contractual performance across multiple projects.Key Responsibilities:Manage contract administration for MEP packages across European projectsNegotiate and oversee contracts and subcontracts (FIDIC / NEC)Advise stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations and risk managementSupport procurement activities and contractor appointmentsProvide commercial input to ensure successful project deliveryCandidate Profile:Strong track record as an MEP Contracts Manager within consultancy or contractor environmentsIn-depth knowledge of FIDIC and/or NEC contractsExperience working on large-scale, international construction projectsExcellent stakeholder management and negotiation skillsLondon basedThe Offer: Freelance contract with competitive day rateHybrid working arrangement (London office / remote)Involvement in prestigious projects across EuropeOpportunity to partner with a respected international consultancy To register your interest in this assignment, please apply with your CV or contact Andreea Hudson directly for a confidential discussion.Aldwych Consulting values diversity and promotes equality.
