The project forms part of a wider programme of industrial and logistics developments that are redefining the regional landscape. You’ll be part of a well-structured team known for delivering complex industrial projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. About the Contractor Our client is an established UK main contractor with a strong track record in the industrial, logistics, and commercial sectors. They are recognised for their collaborative culture, commitment to innovation, and consistent delivery of large-scale projects for leading developers and end-users. Their approach combines technical expertise with hands-on leadership, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality and safety standards. Key ResponsibilitiesSetting out, surveying, and carrying out QA checks on-siteEnsuring all works meet design specifications and safety standardsLiaising with project managers, subcontractors, and the design teamProducing accurate reports and maintaining site recordsSupporting the smooth and efficient delivery of works on site RequirementsProven experience as a Site Engineer on large industrial or commercial projectsExperience delivering shed projects and multiple-unit developmentsStrong setting out and quality assurance backgroundProficient with Total Station and AutoCADRelevant qualification (Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering or related field)CSCS card essential What’s on Offer£350 per day CIS12-month contract (until August 2026)Opportunity to work on a major £35M multi-unit industrial development
