They operate as part of a large organisation and are known for their commitment to delivering quality services and maintaining high standards in accounting and finance.Job DescriptionThe Financial Accountant will have the following responsibilities;Manage and oversee the capital expenditure accounting processes.Prepare and reconcile capital expenditure reports.Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial tracking.Review and monitor project budgets and forecasts.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.Provide support during audits and implement any necessary recommendations.Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules.Assist with financial reporting and analysis as required.The Successful ApplicantThe successful Financial Accountant should have:A recognised qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)Experience in capital expenditure or fixed asset accounting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.An understanding of financial reporting and compliance standards.The ability to work collaboratively across teams in a retail environment.What's on OfferA competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.Permanent position with excellent progression opportunities.Opportunities to work within a large organisation.A supportive and professional work environment.If you are ready to take the next step in your career as a Financial Accountant, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity in Swindon
