This front-of-house role is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors and clients.What You'll Be Doing:Greet and welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalismAnswer and direct incoming calls efficientlyManage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentableProvide refreshments and ensure client comfort in the showroomSupport the sales and admin teams with general administrative tasksWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer-facing roleA confident and positive attitude with a strong focus on customer serviceProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and ExcelExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailHow to Apply: If you have all of the above experience, we want to hear from you Please apply by submitting your CV.Why Temp with Office Angels?Working as a temp is a fantastic way to explore different industries and roles while maintaining flexibility.
