This role offers the opportunity to provide expert financial advice to a growing client base of over 1,800 clients. The incoming adviser will be given an existing portfolio of clients to manage and develop. Requirements: Level 4 financial adviser qualification (or equivalent) Minimum of 2 years experience as a financial adviser Package: £45,000£60,000 basic salary Attractive adviser bonus scheme, including quarterly and monthly incentives linked to residual income and initial fees 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays 5% company pension contribution Flexible medical package / company health scheme Flexible working arrangements, combining home and client meetings Role Highlights: High support ratio with one paraplanner and one administrator per adviser Client bank provided, allowing focus on delivering financial advice Technical support from a team of qualified and trainee paraplanners Centralised report writing and provider liaison to reduce administrative burden Structured management support, training, and mentorship for career progression Use of technology to streamline processes and enhance client outcomes Centralised appointment booking to maximise adviser time on client-facing activities Collaborative, client-focused team environment This role is ideal for a motivated, client-focused adviser looking to grow their career in a supportive and structured environment.
