Mobile Truck Technician

Truck Technician – Westbury Up to £28,000 Basic + Bonus 45hrs per week Monday – Friday Alternating Saturday’s Premier Recruitment Solutions are working with a well known brand within automotive fast fit to recruit an experienced Truck tyre Technician for their Westbury centre. Reporting to the Centre Manager (or Assistant Centre Manager as appropriate) and be responsible for tyre fitting and tyre repairs primarily with Truck customers. Assist with the completion of fitting and removal of tyres to a high standard, ensuring the customer is satisfied with all level of work(s) carried out at all times Responsibilities: Ensure the work completed on each vehicle is carried out safely and to a high standard Operating machinery in a safe working manner Carrying out Truck servicing, brakes, suspension components etc. Work in a safe manner and comply with health & safety regulations at all times Ensure you do not work on any product or service that you have not been assessed as competent in or trained to carry out Adhere to company procedures at all times Make customers and/or management aware of any additional faults found on the customer’s vehicle To carry out other duties as you may reasonably be called upon to perform Requirements/Qualifications: Experience in Mechanical Technician/Vehicle Technician/Mechanic position Academic/ Vocational qualification and experience, ie REACT, City Guilds, IMI, apprenticeship Full valid driving licence Benefits/Perks: Up to £28,000 basic salary Monthly bonus Employee discount on servicing, MOT & Tyres Training schemes to support development Monday – Saturday 45hrs a week 28 Days holiday
