They are Investors in People Platinum accredited, demonstrating a strong commitment to employee development and well-being.Job DescriptionThe Personal Injury Solicitor will be responsible for:​Managing a caseload of claimant serious injury matters valued £50-150k.​Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process.​Collaborating with medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders to build robust cases.​Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.​Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm's case management system.​Supervising and mentoring junior team members, as appropriate.​Attending court hearings and settlement negotiations as required.​Keeping abreast of developments in personal injury law and practice.The Successful ApplicantThe Personal Injury Solicitor should be:​A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 4-8 years' PQE in handling serious injury matters.​Proficient in managing high-value, complex claimant cases.​Experienced in working with medical experts and interpreting complex medical evidence.​Able to demonstrate a strong track record of successful settlements and litigated outcomes.​Willing to travel to the office twice a month for team collaboration and meetings.What's on OfferIn addition to a competitive salary of £40,000 to £50,000, the firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:​25 days holiday with the opportunity to accrue an additional 12 days through flexible workingMatched-contribution workplace pension, with the firm topping up your monthly contribution by up to 5% of your salary.Life assurance providing 4x your salary to your beneficiaries.Healthcare cash plan to support various health and well-being services.Income protection insurance, paying up to 75% of your salary if you're unable to work due to illness or disability.​Annual discretionary bonus scheme based on company and personal performance.Opportunities for professional development and career progression within a supportive environment.​Flexible working arrangements, including remote work with bi-monthly office visits.​A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.​If you're an experienced Injury Fee Earner, apply now or contact Michael Bailey for more information.
