This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team, manage PPMs, reactive maintenance, and ensure the smooth operation of all electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, providing guidance and support Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all electrical systems Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and best practices Manage BMS (Building Management System) and Head End Controls for electrical systems Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements across the site Requirements: NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering Proven experience in a similar senior or lead role within building services or electrical maintenance Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, fault-finding, and preventative maintenance Excellent communication and organizational skills What’s On Offer: Competitive salary of £50,000 per annum Monday to Friday day shifts Career progression and professional development opportunities Supportive, employee-focused work environment Pension and other benefits This is a prime opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to step into a leadership role with a company that values and develops its workforce.
