With a well-regarded and experienced team of private wealth Solicitors, the firm prides itself on delivering high-quality legal services to individuals and families, focusing on long-term solutions for wealth preservation, succession planning, and estate management.The Role:Due to continued success and growth, our client is seeking a solid all-round Private Wealth Solicitor with c.6 years’ PQE to join their highly esteemed Private Client department in the Gloucestershire office. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team that handles a broad range of complex private client matters.Key Responsibilities:Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estates, tax planning, and powers of attorney.Advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and estates on wealth management and succession planning.Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional client service.Working collaboratively with other departments to provide holistic solutions to clients.Assisting with the development and growth of the private client offering within the firm.Actively engaging in business development (BD) activities to attract new clients, and expand the firm’s presence in the private wealth sector.Key Requirements:UK qualified Solicitor with c.6 years’ PQE in private client work.Experience gained from a well-respected law firm, with regular interaction with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).Strong technical knowledge of private wealth law, including tax, trusts, and estates.Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a proactive and professional approach.Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently, managing competing deadlines.Demonstrated ability to actively participate in and drive business development activities, with a strong focus on expanding the firm’s client base.Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and other professionals.What’s On Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.A supportive and collaborative work environment, with a focus on professional growth.The opportunity to work with a leading team in a highly regarded law firm.A firm culture that values the development and success of its colleagues.Excellent career progression opportunities within a firm that nurtures talent and fosters teamwork.If you are an experienced Private Wealth Solicitor with c.6 years’ PQE, UK qualified, and have a background in advising high-net-worth individuals, with a strong business development mindset, we would love to hear from you.
