Job Description Maintenance Engineer Night Shift – c £55,000 + Benefits Location: Commutable from Atherstone, Drayton Bassett, Fazeley, Tamworth & Polesworth Permanent Full Time Night Shift Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a secure, well paid role in a stable and established engineering environment? What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Perform planned and reactive maintenance across all areas of the plant. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, equipment and machinery. Support continuous improvement and preventative maintenance schedules. Work within a heavy engineering, manufacturing, process or production environment. What We’re Looking For (Essential Requirements): Mechanical Qualification NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (Apprentice trained preferred). Hands on experience in a maintenance capacity within a production, process or manufacturing setting. Some electrical knowledge or appreciation is desirable. Strong mechanical fault finding and problem solving skills. Comfortable working night shifts.
