This is a key role supporting our advisers and ensuring the highest standards of compliance and client service. You will be responsible for producing detailed financial plans, reports, and research, as well as maintaining client files and handling some administrative tasks. This position has arisen due to the previous job holder moving on to establish their own paraplanning business, so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and work independently. Key Responsibilities Work closely with advisers to create financial plans and detailed reports. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support recommendations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Maintain accurate client files and assist with administrative tasks. Provide client-facing support when required. Requirements Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum). Minimum 5 years experience in a FA/IFA office paraplanning role. Team leadership/management experience. Strong technical knowledge and compliance expertise. Ability to work independently without hand-holding. Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
