Cover Supervisor Location: North Shields Start date: ASAP Pay: £110 to £130 per day (PAYE only) Contract: Day-to-day, full-time or part-timeThis is a great fit for someone confident leading a classroom and keeping students on track. Whether you’re aiming for a future career in teaching or simply looking for varied, meaningful work, you’ll play a key part in keeping lessons running smoothly.What you’ll be doing Supervising classes during teacher absence, using pre-prepared lesson plans. Keeping students focused, productive and following school expectations. Maintaining a calm, safe learning atmosphere during each lesson. Supporting pupils who need reminders, encouragement or explanation. Reporting back to teaching staff at the end of the day. Students who value consistency and respond positively to calm leadership. What you’ll need Experience working with young people in any setting.
