This role offers the chance to contribute to a transformative scheme that will ease congestion, enhance safety, and support regional growth. You’ll work alongside experienced teams to deliver high-quality civil engineering works.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day site operations, including programme management and deliveryEnsurepliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standardsMaintain accurate site records, diaries, and reportingManage stakeholder and subcontractor relationshipsSupervise a section of works and monitor team and supply chain performance.Lead on RAMS, permits, inductions, and safety briefingsConduct inspections, audits, and maintain QA documentationWhat you'll need to succeed Strongmunication skillsSolid understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologiesProficiency in digital tools (MS Office 365, document control systems)SMSTS and CSCSExperience in delivering major highways projects
