Job Title: Graduate Packaging Technologist – Cambridgeshire Salary: £17,423 + benefits Location: East Anglia Reference: J1933 Contact: Telephone: 0141 647 6688 Categories: , , , 12 month fixed term contract. Salary would be a graduate starting salary of £17,425. This would rise by £1000 after 6 months. – Creating and maintaining packaging specifications for both componentry and the manufacturing process. – Arranging ink matching and colour matching of components. – New line forms – Sampling of components and arranging testing. – Attending risk analysis, pre-production meetings and weekly NPD meetings. – Working to tight deadlines on critical paths, reporting to Product Manager on any concerns and general progress. – Collating information from suppliers on REACh, Packaging Regulations and customer specific requirements. – Working closely with both external and internal contacts to develop product ranges. – Assisting with customer sealing process (development seal, pre-production seal, etc) Please send Microsoft Word CV and a paragraph describing your knowledge/experience within the areas described in the job description above. *** This position has now been filled, but has been left on our website as we have other similar vacancies to this on an ongoing basis that might interest you.
