Known for its player-first approach and innovative marketing, it offers a collaborative, data-led environment with international reach.Job DescriptionLead mobile marketing campaigns across global marketsManage paid app channels including ASA, UAC, FB, DSPs, and ad networksCollaborate with country teams to plan and execute performance strategiesMonitor KPIs like growth, CPA, LTV, and conversion ratesReport campaign performance to internal stakeholdersSupport ASO, fraud prevention, and mobile attribution initiativesTest new channels and scale performance beyond current mixWork with BI and analytics teams to improve tracking and efficiencyContribute to creative strategy and in-app engagement plansAssist with onboarding new markets into in-house mobile operationsThe Successful Applicant4+ years in mobile marketing, ideally with UK and international experienceHands-on with ASA, Google Ads, FB App Campaigns, DSPs, and mobile ad networksStrong grasp of tracking tools like AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, and fraud platformsExperience in digital performance planning and forecastingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working across multiple countries and culturesHighly analytical, data-driven, and tech-savvyAble to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressureiGaming experience is a plus but not essentialFamiliar with automation tools and marketing tech evaluationWhat's on OfferHybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote24 days annual leave, increasing with tenurePrivate healthcare and life insurance after probationCompany pension schemeMonthly team lunches and regular social eventsCareer growth in a global entertainment brand
