Job Title: Advanced Practitioner – Long Term TeamLocation: NewcastlePay Rate: £34.45 per hourJob Description: Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for two Advanced Practitioner positions to join its client’s Long-Term Team based in Newcastle. This flexible, hybrid role offers experienced social workers the opportunity to lead complex cases, deliver high-quality, relationship-based practice, and mentor colleagues. The successful candidates will contribute to statutory services, receive regular supervision, and help foster a collaborative team culture that supports children, young people, and their families. What will your responsibilities be? Lead on complex cases and provide expert guidance to colleagues. Deliver statutory social work services in line with legislation and council procedures. Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews, ensuring the child’s voice is central to decision-making. Support families to achieve stability and positive outcomes through effective interventions. Collaborate with partner agencies to deliver coordinated support. Maintain accurate case records and reports to professional standards. Participate in reflective supervision and contribute to service development.
