This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with a well-established and reputable company in the steel fabrication industry.Working Hours:Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30 Friday: 07:30 - 13:30 Overtime available and encouraged Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality MIG welding on mild steel components Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately Carry out steel fabrication and general engineering tasks Work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to health & safety standards Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Requirements: Fully conversant in MIG welding, steel fabrication, and general engineering practices Ability to work from technical drawings Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment Good communication skills and a team-player attitude Must be able to reliably commute to Bolton or be planning to relocate before starting work Salary & Benefits: Hourly Rate: £14.66 - £15.76 (depending on experience) Permanent, full-time position Free on-site parking Opportunity for regular overtime How to Apply:If you're an experienced MIG Welder looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in a supportive and expanding company, we'd love to hear from you.
