Each day brings a mix of classroom support, small-group work and the chance to make a real impact on pupils who thrive with a bit of extra guidance.What you’ll be doing Supporting students aged 11 to 16 in lessons, helping them stay focused and confident. Working 1:1 with learners who benefit from structure and reassurance. Helping run small intervention groups for literacy or numeracy. Supporting teachers with behaviour routines and positive learning habits. Building positive relationships with students so they feel seen and understood. Based in a well-connected, residential area, ideal for commuters from surrounding towns and villages. What you’ll need Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school setting.
