The Role As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you’ll: Support students Help students regulate emotions, build resilience, and re-engage with education Use restorative practices to encourage positive behaviour Work alongside therapists and staff in a holistic, trauma-informed environment Ideal Candidates Learning Support Assistant – Education and Training We welcome: Graduates in Criminology, Psychology, Youth Work, or Social Sciences (or non-graduates with relevant experience) Individuals with a strong interest in justice, neurodiversity, and restorative care Calm, empathetic communicators who value connection before content Experience with children or young people is beneficial, but not essential—full training provided.
