Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and print. Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis. Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms. Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure marketing objectives are met. Support the MD in organising events, conferences, and exhibitions. Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role. Proficient in SEO techniques and digital marketing strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of rebranding strategies and techniques. Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Technologies: Knowledge of SEO best practises. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
