Taking a leading role in the CF service line and being instrumental in developing and implementing the department's strategic plan. Their offering includes M&A lead advisory, due diligence and fund-raising support. Typical clients range from early-stage high growth businesses to large established companies, lending institutions, private equity funders and government bodies. Responsibility for leading M&A engagements (buy and sell side), from planning to completion whilst managing the firm's risk. Fully qualified CA/ACCA/ACA or other relevant professional qualification Significant experience in leading M&A transactions; Management experience – the ability to motivate, delegate effectively, develop the team and be a strong leader; Senior level management of client expectations and management of risk; Success in building and maintaining a broad network of internal and external stakeholder relationships leading to business opportunities.Salary up to £95,000 (DOE) + Benefits. Hybrid and flexible working. Location can be flexible as you will have a national remit; however, accessibility to central belt Scotland is important.
