More information is set out below. JOB SUMMARY Seeking a Senior Manager / Director to join its Group Insurance Services department. This role plays a vital role within the Insurance department and is responsible for managing and mitigating risks arising from our leasing and corporate activities through the utilization of international insurance markets. The successful candidate will need to manage and enforce the insurance provisions of lease and trading transactions, and monitor compliance through ongoing review of customer insurance, and where applicable, reinsurance certificates pertaining to the company’s leased aircraft, engines and helicopters. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB Insurance Management Work with cross functional teams which originate, negotiate and close on commercial transactions (aircraft leases, sales and financings) and with airlines and their brokers/insurers on a global basis.  Monitor and manage the insurance performance of airlines and other third parties in accordance with contractual requirements Monitor and manage insurance claims which relate to the company’s aircraft. Assist with the organisation’s insurance buying activities for aviation and non-aviation classes of insurance Development and maintenance of good working relationships with insurance counterparties (brokers, underwriters etc.) Ensure accurate recording and integrity of insurance related lease data on the department’s systems. Monitor and manage accuracy of insurance related systems data and document storage on an ongoing basis. Participate in various departmental projects and initiatives. Support the wider insurance team as required with various transactions, including deliveries, renewals, sales, and other transactions and projects. JOB REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES Educational/Experience Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification Experience in the aviation industry or insurance industry is desirable Technical/Functional Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work as part of a team. Key Competencies Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Good attention to overall quality of the final product. Flexible and self-starting. Demonstrates proactive approach to addressing problems with proven problem-solving skills. Able to excel in high-stress situations.
