Service Manager – AdultmissioningRate: £30 per hour Location: West Midlands Contract Type: InterimA large public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Service Manager – Adultmissioning to lead and manage the adult social caremissioning function. This is an exciting opportunity to shape services that deliver high-quality, personalised care and support for adults.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseemissioning planning, market shaping, contract management, and quality assurance.Develop effective partnerships with stakeholders, including service users, carers, providers, and health partners.Ensurepliance with Care Qualitymission standards and deliver value-for-money services.Lead strategic development of adult social care services in line with legislation and best practice.Manage budgets, performance frameworks, and workforce development withinmissioning teams.About YouStrong knowledge of social care policy, legislation, andmissioning processes.Proven experience in managingmissioning functions, budgets, and multi-agency partnerships.Skilled in leadership, change management, and strategic planning.Excellentmunication and stakeholder engagement skills.Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.PLEASE NOTE: This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Flexible or part-time working arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
