School Site Supervisor - Crawley Area - Range of shifts available - Ideally 10am - 6pm
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated School Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance one of our schools in Crawley, West Sussex. The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the school site while managing a team of support staff.

Responsibilities:
Carry out general maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, painting, and cleaning. Perform security checks to ensure the safety of the premises. Oversee the heating, lighting, and ventilation systems, testing alarms and safety equipment as needed Assist with the setup and cleanup of school events and activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and help build visitor policies to ensure proper safeguarding protocols are followedQualifications:
Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in an educational setting. Able to carry out a range of minor and major repairs across site, liaising with contractors as needed to ensure the school can run smoothly each day. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to building maintenance. Proficiency in basic computer applications for record-keeping and communication, able to complete reports on completed works or issues needing attention Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus but anyone with minor repairs skills or experience will be consideredEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certifications or vocational training in facilities management, engineering, or related fields preferred.APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SPENCER CLARKE GROUP

You must be willing to attend a registration interview. You must have or be willing to pay for an Enhanced DBS check (£45.40)All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
