Our managers, some with 15-20 years of experience in the authority, are always available to provide guidance and support. Regular Development Conversations: Managers meet every two weeks to discuss training needs and implement support measures promptly. Your professional development is our priority. Flexible Working Arrangements: Enjoy a mix of working from home and office attendance. Typically, you’ll need to be in the office once a week when on duty, although this can vary between teams. Immediate Interview and Start: We can arrange interviews ASAP and have vacancies ready for immediate start. However, we are willing to wait for the right candidate if necessary, understanding the importance of filling team gaps with the right fit. About the Role: As a Social Worker in our Adult Locality Team, you will: Work with adults in the Greater Manchester area, providing essential support and services.
