The role will have responsibility for all client matters as well as an accountability to develop new business. The Client Manager will therefore demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness and have experience of client conversion and the ability to develop the portfolio they are responsible for. About you You will have a number of years post qualified experience within a mixed client portfolio role Experience of successfully managing a portfolio of clients You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to deal with people at all levels A good team player committed to providing the highest quality of service standards Adaptable to working within the evolving and changing environment that accompanies a growing company Have a good attention to detail within your work and also good time management skills Interested in furthering and developing your career within the profession Specific experience Experience of Managing within a team based environment Ability to manage an existing portfolio and add both in terms of new client wins and value from the existing portfolio You will be required to assist with the development of junior staff within the team assisting with their learning and progression within the business Able to demonstrate the ability to add value to client assignments by offering advice that helps with the development of the clients business Committed to the growing of the business in the Nottingham office What they offer A competitive remuneration package Further training and development within the role A challenge to your existing skill levels that will allow you to develop a broader based skill set The opportunity to grow your career within a growing business that promotes its senior people from within its own ranks 01702 567 302
