You'll work at height on flat and pitched roofs, ensuring all systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.️ Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and commission solar PV systems on commercial rooftopsDiagnose faults and carry out repairs and upgradesConduct electrical testing and performance verificationEnsure compliance with electrical regulations and health & safety standardsMaintain accurate installation records and system documentationLiaise with site managers, clients, and other tradesTravel across the North West for site-based work Qualifications & ExperienceEssential:NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)Experience with commercial solar PV systemsValid ECS/CSCS cardFull UK driving licenceComfortable working at height and on large rooftopsDesirable:Solar PV certification (e.g., City & Guilds 2399 or equivalent)Experience with battery storage and commercial energy systemsIPAF, PASMA, or working at height certificationFamiliarity with MCS standards and NICEIC procedures What We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsPassion for renewable energy and sustainabilityWillingness to travel across the North West and work flexible hours
