With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organisation.Benefits & Perks:Competitive salaryOpportunities for professional developmentSupportive team environmentHealth and safety-focused workplaceParticipation in continuous improvement initiativesKey Responsibilities:Manage and monitor orders to ensure fulfilment of conditions (quantities, prices, delivery times)Act promptly on any customer requests and/or e including credit requests, samples, and quotationsGenerate bespoke quotations for customersAmend or cancel orders in the CRM system, ensuring accurate updatesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery process for customersAttend meetings with the customer service and sales teamMaintain up-to-date and accurate customer databasesLiaise with logistics departments to monitor stock levelsMonitor and manage stock for assigned customersWork with Customer Services Manager to prepare and review customer account plansManage returns and corresponding credit notesInvestigate and resolve customer complaints/disputesEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):Proven experience in customer service positionsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a teamComfortable working with a variety of systemsDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):Experience in logistics or supply chain managementFamiliarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systemsKnowledge of health and safety standards in the workplaceHow to apply: If you are a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and the desire to contribute to a thriving team, we want to hear from you Please hit 'apply now', send your CV to or call for more details.
