Pulse Mental Health, a leading recruitment agency in mental health, is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals’ occupational performance and mental health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance daily living skills and promote recovery. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic and person-centered care. Provide therapeutic activities and interventions to support individuals in achieving their goals. Contribute to discharge planning and aftercare support. Requirements: Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant experience in Adult Mental Health Inpatient settings. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Strong assessment and intervention skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
