You will play a key role in ensuring that materials arriving on site and leaving site are accurate, safe, and in good condition-contributing directly to a safe working environment and high levels of customer satisfaction.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term role with the potential for permanent employment.Key Responsibilities Operate the FLT Counterbalance to assist with loading and unloading customer orders accurately and efficiently Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance Oversee the loading and unloading of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods Follow the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products to customers Ensure raw materials and semi-finished goods are prepared ahead of production Monitor and maintain correct storage of finished products Start and supervise the production process Manage support tasks such as cleaning and equipment calibration Handle production-related admin (e.g. production and transport orders) Maintain a clean and orderly workspace Ensure smooth communication during shift handovers Promote and model correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on site Requirements Valid FLT Counterbalance licence Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
