You'll work across jurisdictions, with broad exposure to corporate, sales, and compliance matters.Job DescriptionThe Corporate Paralegal will be:Managing corporate governance & entity maintenance across EMEA, including document preparation, filings, and liaising with local counselSupporting entity formation, restructuring, and dissolutions as neededHandling NDAs, commercial contracts, apostilles/notarisation, and ensuring smooth contract signature workflowsAssisting with bids and tenders, reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance, and advising bid teamsActing as a bridge between internal stakeholders (sales, operations, finance) and external counselOverseeing legal billing processes: invoice review, reconciliation, and liaison with financeMonitoring relevant law/regulation changes, conducting legal research, and providing summaries to business teamsAssisting with internal audits, regulatory filings, and corporate compliance programsThe Successful ApplicantThe Corporate Paralegal should be:A paralegal or legal professional with 3-5 years' experience in a corporate legal environmentWell versed in corporate governance, compliance, and entity managementExperienced in bid/tender documentation and commercial contract supportComfortable advising non‑legal stakeholders and navigating complex corporate structuresProficient in Microsoft Office and legal tech toolsExperience in multinational or publicly traded companies, cross‑border entity work, EU/ME tendersWhat's on OfferA competitive contract package (£35,000-£45,000 pro rata)Fully remote working, work from anywhere in the UKImmediate start on a 6‑month contract with strong possibility of extension or permanent conversionHigh visibility role with strong scope for impactExposure to international legal work across EMEACollaborative, entrepreneurial legal team environmentOpportunity for professional growth and broader exposureIf you're an experienced Corporate Paralegal, apply now or contact Michael Bailey for more information.
