The role This firm is currently seeking a Corporate Immigration Partner to join their West End, London office. This firm does not currently offer business immigration, however, they have a big demand from their clients for this service. This is driven by the firms successful employment and corporate commercial departments. You will be tasked with coming in and growing this department with the support and assistance of the employment and corporate partners. You will leverage existing relationships with clients to build the department. This role comes with excellent prospects for the future. You will work with business owners, HNW individuals, company directors, chief executives, overseas individuals and individuals in the public eye. Your caseload will include but not be limited to; Global mobility visa, high potential visa, skilled worker visa, sports persons, administrative review, start-up visa, and visa appeals. You will join a busy, professional, and reputable team that is going from strength to strength. Requirements You will be a Corporate Immigration Solicitor with at least eight years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience) Experience in mentoring and leading more junior lawyers is to advantage but is not essential. Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background.
