What You’ll Do Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the nursery team. Ensure safeguarding policies are implemented and understood by all staff. Deliver a high-quality curriculum within the EYFS framework. Build strong relationships with families and external agencies. Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead and nominated person for Ofsted. Promote the nursery and The Carroll Centre through marketing and community engagement. What We’re Looking For Relevant childcare qualification (minimum Level 3) and at least 2 years’ leadership experience in an Early Years setting. Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
