Your newpany You will be joining a Tier 1 contractor based in the Derbyshire region operating in the water industry appointed to the Severn Trent Framework.Your new role As Mechanical Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include:Managing and delivering mechanical works on non-infrastructure water projectsConducting site visits to monitor project progress and resolve potential technical issuesPreparing and reviewing documentation, including RAMS and technical reportsDeveloping project scopes and technical specificationsOverseeing contractors and suppliers, ensuring worksply with technical, quality and safety standardsSupporting project planning, scheduling and budgeting to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you must have:Proven mechanical project management/engineering experience, ideally in the water industryGood working knowledge of NEC and/or IChemE contractsSoundmunication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFull UK driving licence.What you'll get in return Long term workAccess to Hays Temporary Worker benefits.
