Essential Functions: The following list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary. - Follow Company's Standards by maintaining a positive attitude and leadership style. - Inspect grounds and equipment. Monitor maintenance and preventative maintenance of the hotel and equipment. - Maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems. Maintain building and grounds. - Coordinate with other departments work necessary to maintain general conditions, and safety and health standards set forth by hotel policy and legal requirements. - Schedule all work to be done on a daily basis at a minimum of inconvenience to guest and employees. - Ensure timely response to requests for services/repairs by guests, employees and management. Maintain clean and safe work areas. - Assist co-workers when your help is needed. - Provide information to guests about hotel services, facilities and other amenities. - Listen and respond professionally to guests¿ requests or complaints. - Show up for work in a clean, pressed uniform with nametag. - Arrive at work each day with a positive attitude and maintain that attitude throughout the workday. - Represent your employer in a positive and beneficial way when making contacts within the community. Specific Job Physical Requirements: - Must be able to walk/stand a total of 8 hours in a day. - Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. - Must be able to carry 35-50 lbs. up to a distance of ft. - Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, climb, reach above shoulder level, kneel, grasp, push and pull. Qualification Standards: Education/Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent. - Prior similar job responsibilities a plus. Grooming: - Must present a professional image. All employees must lead by example and show up to work with a neat, clean, pressed uniform, nametag and well groomed appearance as per Company's guidelines and brand specific standard
