This position is perfect for a qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant who enjoys working with young learners and helping them build confidence, curiosity, and independence during their first years at school.As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you'll be supporting pupils in Nursery and Reception classes, assisting with early literacy, numeracy, and play-based learning activities.Details for the EYFS Teaching Assistant Role:Pay: £82.14-£100 per day (PAYE)Start Date: ImmediateLocation: Enfield (including Edmonton, Palmers Green, and Winchmore Hill)Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm, term time onlyContract: Full-time or flexible supply options availableResponsibilities of an EYFS Teaching Assistant:Support children's learning and development in line with EYFS standardsAssist the teacher in preparing and delivering creative, play-based lessonsHelp manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environmentProvide 1:1 or small group support for pupils who need additional helpEncourage independence and curiosity in all pupilsRequirements for an EYFS Teaching Assistant:Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is essentialPrior experience in an early years or nursery setting preferredA nurturing and patient attitude with excellent communication skillsUnderstanding of child development and the EYFS frameworkA proactive approach and passion for early educationIf you're a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant looking to join an outstanding team in Enfield, apply now with Reeson Education.
