My client is a multi-million-pound organisation with the goal to improve the lives of vulnerable people across the UK. I am assisting them to recruit an Interim Finance Administrator on an initial six-month contract. The head office is based in London, operating on a hybrid working pattern.

The Interim Finance Administrator duties will include:

Manually updating the existing database with new information (POs and supplier details). Maintaining the finance team inbox, ensuring all supplier emails are allocated and dealt with in a timely manner. Creating spreadsheets and running reports on data. Liaising with suppliers and staff, correcting any account variances, and answering day to day queries.

The successful Interim Finance Administrator will have:

Recent administration experience. Experience using numerous financial accounting softwares and Excel – who can confidently input large sets of data. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
